General Terms by Airocity Holidays
Airocity Holidays provides its Services to you all on Subject to the following Terms & Conditions by use. All services provided and assured by Airocity Holidays are Subject to realization of full Payment prior to the Departure. Specially If Payment made by Cheque, the Package/Tour/Visa Component will be delivered only after clearance of Cheque. 'Airocity Holidays' has full rights at any time and for any reason:
1) For the Cancellation of Package Prior to the date of Departure and if it so, its Liability shall be limited to refunding all the amount paid by the Client towards the whole package .
2) To amend, alter or withdraw any Excursion or Facility or Any other type of Services with is confirmed once , In these cases 'Airocity Holidays' shall not be liable for any loss, damage, Additional Expenses suffered by the Client.
None of the Individual (other than ' Airocity Holidays'), in writing has authority to vary, add, amplify or waive off any description, representation, terms & Conditions set forth herein or in brochure of the company Or any other Terms & Conditions Regarding any services Booked by the Client.
'Airocity Holidays' shall not be liable for any failure to timely update changes / unavailability in Special offers. 'Airocity Holidays' reserves the full rights to change or modify any of the information contained in this internet site or to the Services described therein without any prior notice, but we make no commitment to update such information.
'Airocity Holidays' shall in NO circumstances whatsoever be liable to the client:
1) Any Death, Personal injury, sickness, accident, loss, delays, increased expenses or damages by any misadventure or otherwise caused.
2) Any act, omission or default of any hotelier , carrier, travel component supplier or any other person/ agent who may be engaged or concerned in the provision of accommodation, refreshment, facility or service for the client whatsoever caused. In this clause the expression "however caused" includes negligence on the part of any person.
Conditions for Visas
1) 'Airocity Holidays' shall not be liable for any losses or damages, which the applicant may suffer arising from delay in processing or receiving of visa.
2) We do not release any visa with payment as Visa Once applied is chargeable irrespective of issuance or rejection by the immigration.
3) The decision to grant or refuse a visa is the sole prerogative of Government of country 'Airocity Holidays' has no liability for the same
No liability on the part of 'Airocity Holidays' arising in any way out of this contract in respect of any tour, visa assistance, holiday or excursion facility shall exceed the total amount paid or agreed to be paid for the tour, visa fees, holiday, package/ tour component or excursion, and shall in no case include any consequential damages or additional expenses whatsoever.
Abusive Language /Violent Behavior of customer will not be tolerated with any of the Member of 'Airocity Holidays' and company have full rights to seize all the services immediately.
The Above listed Terms & Conditions binds 'Airocity Holidays' and you in a contract of acceptance to which user must adhere. By this agreement you notify us that you have understood our rights and restrictions on you and you will co-operate and will not do anything to violate it.
